3F – Fight. Fright. Flight.

Fight, Flight, Fright (3-F) – Human brain is hardwired over thousands of years to produce any one of these three responses in situation of trouble. Historically trouble meant danger to your life. But that is not the case today. So these responses are most of the times not appropriate. Learn and change yourself to produce other responses – like do not respond immediately, or ask for more information or try to calm down the situation etc.
